2. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways:

Information you give us directly — when you submit our contact form, message us on WhatsApp, email us, or call us, we may collect your name, company or project name, phone number, email address, your role (developer, broker, or other), your active project count, your monthly ad budget range, and any details you choose to share about your marketing challenge.

Information collected automatically — like most websites, we use analytics tools that automatically log your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and how you arrived at our site.

Information from advertising platforms — if you interact with our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google ads, those platforms share limited engagement and conversion data with us so we can measure campaign performance.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: respond to your inquiry and schedule strategy calls; understand your marketing needs before proposing a solution; send you information you've requested; measure and improve our own website and ad performance; and meet our legal and tax record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

This website uses the following tracking tools:

  • Google Analytics 4 — measures site traffic and visitor behavior.
  • Meta Pixel — measures ad performance and helps us show relevant ads to people who've visited our site.
  • Google Fonts — loads typography assets from Google's servers.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time, though some site features may not work as intended. You can also opt out of personalized Meta advertising through your Facebook Ad Settings, and opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5. Third-Party Services

We share limited data with the following service providers, solely to operate our business:

  • Formspree — processes and delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. — processes WhatsApp messages and ad-related data.
  • Google LLC — provides analytics, advertising, and font-hosting services.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data on our behalf.

6. Data Retention

We retain contact form and inquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and, where a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required by Egyptian tax and commercial record-keeping law. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to the default periods set by Google and Meta, which you can review in their respective privacy policies.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: request access to the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict certain processing; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 12 — we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the data you share with us, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS) and access limited to the people who need it to do their jobs. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are directed at businesses and business decision-makers. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

10. International Data Transfers

We work with clients and partners in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and beyond. Where your data is processed outside Egypt — for example, by our analytics or advertising providers — it may be transferred to and stored on servers located in other countries, including the United States, subject to those providers' own safeguards.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The "Effective date" at the top of this page will always show when it was last revised.
